Time is money. If you search for apartments on your own, you spend days or weeks accomplishing this task, which can be confusing and frustrating. When you work with me, I spend 10 minutes with you on the phone finding out what your needs are and then you simply come to my office where I show you all the options that I have researched for you. I present you with a variety of apartment communities in different locations, available units that meet your criteria, along with community specials, fees, and amenities. I am here to answer all of your questions. I do the hard work for you so I can save you time and money.
There is absolutely no cost to you and all pricing and specials are unaffected by my compensation. The apartment communities are happy to pay our referral fee out of their marketing budget because we bring them qualified clients and help them turn vacancies into homes. There are many communities who will only work with Apartment Insiders because of the level of service we provide our clients. We help our clients from start to finish.
IMPORTANT: You should not tour communities until you are ready to apply unless you want to lose money. There are important reasons for this:
Most communities have look and lease deals, which are time sensitive. You may get a $1000 gift card and your application/administration fee back if you apply within 48 hours (for example). That could be a $1400 value that will no longer be available to you the next time you go looking at that property. It is a one time offer so the clock starts ticking when you take your first tour.
Availability changes daily. You could tour a property and fall in love with a floor plan that may not be available to you when you come back days or weeks. later. You want to be in a position to apply to that property so that you can pull a unit off the market if you fall in love with it. Why would you waste time looking at apartments that may not be available to you?
Pricing changes daily. We often make decisions based on the deals and pricing that exist. It makes no sense to look at apartments if you don't know what they are going to cost when you are ready to apply.
Example: You come to Charlotte because you're excited about looking at apartments. Even though you don't have your offer letter yet, you're looking forward to seeing your apartment options in Charlotte so you come stay with family or friends so you can look around. Prior to your trip, you spend a week on-line looking at apartment options that you have never seen in person. You arrive and spend the entire weekend touring 4 apartments and sitting with leasing consultants that are trying to sell you on their property. Unfortunately, you don't get the job. Now you have wasted a week looking for places on-line and an entire weekend touring properties that you will never lease. There are times when our group actually knows about incentives that are not published. Our value is in our expert knowledge of the communities and pricing.

Right after the office appointment, we get in my care and tour your 3 favorite communities.
When you find the community you love, I help facilitate the application and leasing process.
We meet at my office in South End and this process only takes 3-4 hours of your time from start to finish. If you are ready to go, you will start the application process at the conclusion of a 3-4 hour appointment with me. What a great use of time!
